At Tatoni, many of our products are made to order. This means that each piece is prepared specifically after your purchase is confirmed, which allows us to reduce waste and create products with more intention.

Made to Order

Most items available at Tatoni are made to order. For this reason, the total delivery time includes:

- production time
- preparation time
- shipping time

Production only begins after payment confirmation.

Production Time

Production time may vary depending on the type of item, order volume, and promotional periods. On average, production takes between **2 to 5 business days** before shipping.

Delivery Time

Once production is complete, the order is sent to the address provided by the customer.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

- **Portugal:** 3 to 7 business days after shipping
- **European Union:** 5 to 10 business days after shipping
- **Rest of international destinations:** 7 to 15 business days after shipping

The total time to receive the order corresponds to the production time plus the shipping time.

The stated times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, periods of high demand, or circumstances external to Tatoni.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout, before completing the purchase.

Where applicable, promotional campaigns with free shipping will be communicated on the website.

Order Tracking

Whenever available, a tracking code will be sent to the customer after the order has been dispatched.

Delivery Address

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided for delivery is correct and complete.

Tatoni is not responsible for delays or failures in delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses or the absence of the recipient.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

If delivery is not completed due to reasons attributable to the customer and the order is returned, we may contact you to arrange a new shipment. In this case, additional costs may apply.

Exceptional Delays

During periods of higher order volume, promotions, festive seasons, or logistical constraints, production and delivery times may be delayed.

We always do our best to ensure your order arrives within the estimated timeframe, but there may be external factors beyond our control.

Damaged, Incorrect or Problematic Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you should contact us as soon as possible via email: tatoniservice@gmail.com, indicating your order number and, whenever possible, photographs of the problem.
